Refund & Cancellation Policy

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are published at conseal.ae/pricing. Prices exclude VAT unless stated; UAE VAT is applied where due. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own fee — we do not control or receive that.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you select and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Your first charge is taken at signup. Subsequent charges are taken on the same date each period.
• Included credits are granted at the start of each period.
• Top-ups are one-off purchases of additional credits, charged immediately. Purchased credits sit in a separate balance that a renewal does not reset.

You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. No phone call, no retention gauntlet.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
• You keep full access until then.
• You are not charged again after cancelling.
• Cancelling does not delete your account or data. To close and delete your account, email support@conseal.ae from your account email address — and export your Vault first, because deletion is irreversible.

If you cancel and later resubscribe, your data is still there provided you did not delete the account.

4.1 Cooling-off — new subscribers

If you are a first-time paid subscriber and you are not satisfied, email billing@conseal.ae within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund, provided you have used less than 25% of the credits granted for that period.

This applies once per customer. It does not apply to renewals.

4.2 Renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, since you have the option to cancel before renewal at any point.

We will refund a renewal charge where:

• you cancelled before renewal and were charged anyway
• the charge was duplicated or otherwise made in error
• you did not authorise the payment

Contact billing@conseal.ae and we will correct it.

4.3 Credits

Credits are a unit of account for metered agent work. They are not money and not redeemable for cash.

• Consumed credits are not refundable. A completed run is charged even if you disagree with the result — the compute was spent on your instruction.
• Failed platform work is not charged. Where the platform fails to deliver — for example a truncated or malformed deliverable — the run is retried once automatically at no charge and does not count as delivered. If you are charged for a genuine platform failure, we will re-credit it.
• Unused top-up credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, pro-rated to the unused balance, provided the account is in good standing.
• Credits do not transfer between accounts.

4.4 Service failure

If the Service is materially unavailable or a core paid feature is broken for a sustained period through our fault, contact us. We will extend your period or issue a pro-rata credit for the affected time. Outages caused by your network, your provider, or events beyond our reasonable control are excluded.

4.5 Material adverse change

If we make a change that materially reduces core functionality on your paid plan, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused prepaid period.

4.6 Not refundable

• Credits already consumed on completed work
• Charges on an account terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy
• Third-party bank fees, currency conversion losses or card-issuer charges
• Dissatisfaction with AI output quality where the work completed as specified — output is advisory and variable by nature, as set out in the Terms of Service, section 4

Email billing@conseal.ae from your account email address with:

1. Your account email
2. The date and amount of the charge
3. The reason for the request

We acknowledge within 2 business days and decide within 7 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — most issues are resolved faster directly. Accounts subject to an unresolved chargeback may be suspended until the matter is settled.

The free plan costs nothing and involves no refund. Free credits carry no cash value, may be limited or changed at any time, and are not transferable.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its implementing decisions, or any other mandatory consumer law that applies to you.
