Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use Conseal to plan, produce, promote or carry out anything that:

• breaches UAE law — including Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumours and Cybercrimes — or the law of any jurisdiction where you operate
• facilitates fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, tax evasion or terrorist financing
• infringes intellectual property, trade secrets or confidentiality obligations
• defames, harasses, threatens, stalks or intimidates any person
• discriminates against or degrades people on the basis of race, religion, nationality, gender, disability or any protected characteristic
• exploits or endangers minors in any way
• produces sexual content, or content promoting violence, self-harm or extremism
• develops weapons, malware, exploits, ransomware, phishing kits or credential harvesters
• generates deceptive content designed to mislead — impersonation, fake reviews, fabricated endorsements, deepfakes, disinformation

Conseal produces advisory drafts, not professional advice. Do not use it as the sole basis for:

• legal, medical, psychiatric, tax, accounting or regulated financial advice given to third parties
• credit, insurance, housing, employment or educational eligibility decisions about individuals
• safety-critical systems, or any use where failure could cause physical injury or death
• decisions about individuals' legal rights or status

If your business is in a regulated sector, you remain fully responsible for meeting your regulatory obligations. AI output does not discharge them.

Do not upload, paste or discuss:

• personal data about others without a lawful basis and appropriate notice to them
• sensitive personal data — health, biometric, genetic, religious, political, trade union or sexual-life data
• payment card numbers, bank credentials, passwords or API secrets
• government ID numbers, passport numbers or Emirates ID numbers
• classified, export-controlled or state-secret material
• information you are contractually barred from disclosing to a processor

Remember that content is transmitted to third-party AI providers to generate output. Treat the input box accordingly.

Do not:

• circumvent, disable or interfere with credit metering, rate limits, quotas, the approval gate that pauses agents for founder decisions, or any other control
• access the Service by automated means outside any published API
• probe, scan or test the security of the Service without written authorisation, or attempt to breach authentication or access another account
• reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract system prompts, agent architecture, orchestration logic or model configuration
• introduce malware, or send excessive load intended to degrade the Service
• share, sell or transfer account credentials
• create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits or evade a suspension
• use the Service to build, train, benchmark or improve a competing product

Without our written agreement, do not resell, sublicense, white-label, rent, or operate the Service as a service for third parties, or expose Conseal-generated agent capabilities to your own customers as if they were your own.

Using deliverables in your own business is fine and expected. Reselling access to the Service is not.

Report abuse, security vulnerabilities or content concerns to abuse@conseal.ae. Include enough detail for us to investigate. We do not pursue good-faith security researchers who report responsibly, avoid accessing others' data, and give us reasonable time to fix an issue before disclosure.

Depending on severity we may: warn you; remove content; restrict features; suspend the account; terminate the account without refund; or report the matter to law enforcement.

Immediate action without notice is reserved for unlawful activity, security attacks, fraud, risk of harm to others, and abuse affecting service integrity for other users.

Where we suspend rather than terminate, we will tell you what triggered it and what needs to change, unless legally prevented from doing so.

We may update this policy as new risks emerge. The date at the top reflects the current version.
